Many campgrounds and RV parks have special committees run by their seasonal campers to plan activities and/or events. The authority given to these committees varies depending on the arrangement between them and management. Some parks allow them to plan, schedule and run an event with little or no oversight from management. However, the ownership can be held just as liable for any injuries occurring during one of these activities. A prior claim demonstrates this scenario very clearly.
